Settlement Overview

  • A proposed Settlement has been reached with Jennmar Corporation of Virginia, Inc. (“Defendant”), to resolve the class and collective action lawsuit arising from allegations that Defendants failed to properly compensate certain non-exempt hourly employees for all hours worked.
     
  • You received the Notice because Defendants’ records indicate you may be a member of one or more classes in this lawsuit and may be entitled to money from a proposed settlement.
     
  • Under the Settlement, Jennmar Corporation of Viginia, Inc. has agreed to provide certain benefits to identified Settlement Class Members.
